TrueMaze Child Safety Standards

What are the risks? How do we guard against them? What can you do?

I. Understanding the Risks

As a social matching platform, although TrueMaze is intended exclusively for adults, we are acutely aware that the following risks exist:

1. Minors circumventing age gates — by misrepresenting their date of birth or fraudulently using another person's identity to register;
2. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content — malicious actors may attempt to use any online platform to produce or disseminate such illegal material;
3. Grooming behavior targeting minors — adults may seek to use social features to contact or entice minors;
4. Exposure to inappropriate content — even unregistered minors may indirectly see unsuitable material through another person's device.

II. Our Position

TrueMaze maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct involving child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, or harm to minors. This is a non-negotiable line.

The Platform strictly prohibits anyone from producing, uploading, disseminating, or storing any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse. Upon confirmation, immediate action is taken — without exception.

III. Our Layers of Defense

First line: Age gate

1. Date of birth is required at registration — the system automatically blocks applicants under 18;
2. Use of a false date of birth to bypass restrictions is strictly forbidden;
3. Fraudulently assuming an adult identity to help a minor register is strictly forbidden;
4. Inducing or coaching a minor to participate in Platform interactions is strictly forbidden.

Second line: Content monitoring

1. User reporting mechanism — anyone can flag a suspicious account or piece of content with a single tap;
2. Risk behavior detection — technical models identify anomalous interaction patterns;
3. Abnormal account detection — flags batch registrations, fake avatars, and other suspicious signals;
4. Violative content review — text, images, and video suspected of violating rules are reviewed;
5. Account security management — monitors anomalous logins and data access attempts.

Third line: Enforcement

1. Immediate removal of violative content;
2. Restriction or suspension of the offending account;
3. Permanent ban for severe violations;
4. Preservation of violation records for law enforcement investigations;
5. Reporting of suspected criminal conduct to law enforcement authorities as permitted by law.

IV. What You Can Do

If you encounter any of the following on the Platform, please report it immediately:

1. An account suspected of belonging to someone under 18;
2. Any images, videos, or text involving children that appear inappropriate;
3. Suspected attempts to contact or groom a minor;
4. Any indication of child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Report method one: Use the in-app reporting function (accessible on user profiles and in chat screens).

Report method two: Email service@truemaze-chat.com with relevant screenshots or descriptions.

We review all reports promptly and take action as warranted by the circumstances.

V. Child Data Protection

Because the Platform prohibits minors from registering, we never proactively gather any child's personal information. Should we inadvertently obtain a minor's data due to age misrepresentation or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be deleted immediately upon verification and the associated account restricted. Data protection follows the TrueMaze Privacy Policy.

VI. Third-Party Partners

We may engage third parties for risk identification, data security, and content moderation support. All partners must comply with data protection requirements and may process data only within the contracted service scope.

VII. Continuous Improvement

The risk landscape for child online safety is constantly evolving. We continuously track legal and regulatory developments, Google Play policy updates, and industry safety standards, refining our protections accordingly. We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy social environment.
